Attention all and welcome back to my fb page it's time of the year again tht pple going to the beaches and public swimming pools dnt swim whn under influence of alcohol and drugs swim where there's lifeguards on duty if you going fishing on the beach dnt let your kid's play or swim in the water member where pple are fishing and there's No Lifeguards it means swimming prohibited in that area let your kids go swim where there's lifeguards on duty by swimming between the Red and Yellow flags list whn lifeguards blow their whistles it means that you either not swim between the Red and Yellow flags or if continues to blow their whistles can be a mass rescue or shark alarm those guys who like challenge each other when it's high tide by saying forward forward all deeper until you drowned there at the back dnt show off to show pple u can go swim far at the back until you drowned out there if u a gud swimmer doesn't mean u can go save lives out to sea without knowing the safety of yourselves by how to defend yourself from a drowning victim pple always ask but how did he drowned while he was busy to save tht victim out to sea Answer is if u dnt knw how to free yourself from tht drowning victim he can grab you and pulled u down keeping u there until help is on its way never approach some from Infront if u dnt knw the front straggler hold hw to defend yourself from him or her if trying to pull u under water it's like self defense it's called the Rescue and Released Teqniques blue bottle stings plz parent if u see yr kids got bluebottle stings dnt use sand to rub it off use clean cold water or take yr child to lifeguards where they will use white vinegar over the effected area have a safe festive season and dnt drink and drive or speed on the roads always be alert whn traveling on the roads dnt chat on yr cellphns while driving 🙏🙏🧑‍🎄🎄🌲🥳🎉
