Music has a way of sometimes reaching the deepest parts of us.
The parts we may have disowned. Shamed. Forgotten. Buried beneath layers of pain, conditioning, and beliefs we inherited without ever questioning.

These hidden parts are often projected unto those around us, causing divide and chaos in relationships that ends up being based on defense and separation, who's right and who's wrong.

Some of these parts lie far beneath our conscious awareness, yet they continue to shape our lives, influence our thoughts and reactions, and keep us trapped in endless cycles of outdated patterns and perspectives.

Carl Jung once said:
"Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate."

And yet, how incredibly liberating it can be when we finally bring these hidden parts of ourselves into the light, allowing ourselves to see, acknowledge, and release what no longer serves us🌟

Because beneath all the layers of who we thought we had to be, there is something pure. Something authentic. Something true💚

It's not about becoming someone new.
It's more about unbecoming everything we were never meant to be.

✨ This song speaks of the light, and what becomes possible when we allow it to illuminate the truth of who we are.

Not the stories others told about us.
Not the labels we've placed upon ourselves.
Not the masks we wear to be accepted by people who were never meant to define us.

But the truth of you.

The essence of who you are beneath the conditioning, the expectations, and the fear. The part of you that has always been there, waiting to be remembered.

The light doesn't ask you to become someone else. It invites you to remember who you truly are.

Perhaps this is your moment. Your invitation to break free from the chains of the past, to question the beliefs that have kept you small, and to reclaim the parts of yourself you've hidden away.

The chains may have been forged in darkness, but the power to break them begins when you dare to bring them into the light.

✨ Let the light reveal you. Let the truth free you. And give yourself permission to become who you were always meant to be. ✨

Extraordinary things don't need extraordinary resources.

(A friend shared this with me recently, and it stayed with me. I asked permission to share it here because I think someone else might need this reminder too.)
♡

Lately, I've been captivated by the nautilus shells in my house.

Every time I look at them, I find myself asking the same question.

How?

How does a tiny animal create something so mathematically perfect? So breathtakingly beautiful? Something that has fascinated scientists, artists, and mathematicians for centuries.

Then another thought hit me.

It doesn't own a workshop.

It doesn't have money.

It doesn't have expensive tools.

It doesn't have a business plan.

It doesn't have certainty.

It doesn't have anyone cheering it on.

But it does know exactly what it's creating.

It has a purpose.

It has a plan.

And then...

It simply begins.

It doesn't hesitate.

It doesn't wait until conditions are perfect.

It doesn't wonder whether it's good enough.

It doesn't spend months convincing itself that it needs more resources before it can start.

It doesn't compare itself to creatures that have more.

It doesn't ask for permission.

It doesn't fear failure before it's even begun.

It simply trusts what it was created to do.

One chamber.

Then the next.

Then the next.

And every single day, it leaves people standing in awe.

Using nothing more than what it already carries within itself.

And suddenly I realised how backwards my own thinking has become.

I've spent so much of the last year believing that it's impossible to move forward because I don't have enough.

Not enough money.

Not enough certainty.

Not enough health.

Not enough energy.

Not enough opportunities.

Not enough resources.

I'm not waiting for life to hand me everything I need.

But I have been trying to collect everything I think I need before allowing myself to believe that I can build something extraordinary.

The more I think about it, the more I realise that's an impossible task.

There will always be one more thing I could have.

One more qualification.

One more cent.

One more contact.

One more plan.

One more guarantee.

One more piece of information.

One more part to my plan.

If I keep waiting until I have everything, I'll never discover what I was capable of with what I already had.

Somewhere along the way, we've convinced ourselves that ideas aren't enough.

That before we can begin, we need money.

We need experience.

We need certainty.

We need the perfect business plan.

We need the right connections.

We need someone to tell us we're ready.

We spend so much time gathering resources that we never actually start creating.

Yet the nautilus reminds me that the most important resource was never any of those things.

It was the willingness to begin.

Perhaps that's what nature has been trying to teach me all along.

Extraordinary things don't require extraordinary resources.

They require extraordinary persistence.

Extraordinary faith.

Extraordinary willingness to keep building, even when all I can see is the next chamber.

Spiritually, I think I've been confusing resources with potential.

I've believed that because my circumstances have become smaller, my possibilities have become smaller too.

But they're not the same thing.

My bank account does not determine my creativity.

My setbacks do not determine my intelligence.

My uncertainty does not determine my future.

My current circumstances do not determine what I am capable of creating.

If a tiny creature can create one of the most beautiful structures in nature without money, recognition, certainty, or applause, then perhaps I have been underestimating what already exists within me.

Maybe I've been looking everywhere except the place I should have been looking all along.

Within.

I have knowledge.

I have experience.

I have resilience.

I have ideas.

I have curiosity.

I have the ability to solve problems.

I have survived things that should have destroy me.

Those are resources too.

Maybe the greatest resource I possess isn't something I can hold in my hands.

Maybe it's the person I've become because of everything I've lived through.

That's what this spiritual journey has really been about.

Not learning how to acquire more.

Learning how to recognise what I already have.

Because perhaps the universe was never asking me,

"What can you build once you have everything?"

Perhaps it has been asking me all along,

"What can you create with what you already have?"

The nautilus never builds the entire shell in one day. Just one chamber at a time. Each one becomes the foundation for the next.

My life is no different.

I don't need the whole blueprint.

I don't need certainty.

I don't need permission.

I don't need to wait until I feel ready.

I simply need to start building the first chamber.

Because something remarkable happens once that first chamber exists.

I've learned something.

I've gained experience.

I've discovered what worked and what didn't.

I've become more capable than I was the day before.

The second chamber isn't built because it magically appears.

It's built because the first one taught me how.

Then the third becomes easier because of the second.

Momentum begins to replace hesitation.

Confidence begins to replace doubt.

What once felt impossible slowly becomes familiar.

Before long, I'm no longer wondering whether I can build something extraordinary.

I'm simply building.

One chamber at a time.

And one day, I'll look back at the life I've created and realise that it was never extraordinary resources that made it possible.

Every extraordinary creation starts the same way.

Not with abundance.

Not with certainty.

Not with perfect conditions.

But with an idea...
..and the courage to begin.
