Well done my sweet girls 🩷 Such calm and poised performances from the 3 of you at the Cape Town Eiateddfod Rep Competition last night - you make me so proud in the way you conduct yourselves both on and off the stage. Well done for your 1st Place and Runner-up placings in your age groups Danè & Lexi - always lovely to have the recognition but I know you understand that the biggest wins are made in the rehearsal studio when you have to push through the hard days to make those small steps forward. It takes discipline and courage and the 3 of you have it in bucket loads. ._.olivier .olivier_ .sparg Congratulations to my fellow teachers and students for the strong standard of work shown last night.

Our Apex 2 (Junior) High Performance Programme Students training so hard every Saturday - such a joyful morning with them today. The progress in just 4 months is so rewarding to see.
