Leah and Sophia took 1st place in the doubles tournament held at WPCC on Sunday 17 May. Their teamwork and determination truly paid off. 💪🎉

Meeting top players, and reaching new heights. Thando Longwe-Smit has had an amazing 6 weeks of tournaments reaching a new career ATP high singles and doubles ranking. Thando looks to break into the top 1000 ATP players in singles and doubles this week. Here's to reaching the next milestone top 750.

6 weeks. 5 tournaments. 4 Finals. 2 Titles. 1 hospital visit. Alec Beckley rises up the rankings from ATP 870 to a new career high and looks to break into the world's top 500 in the next two weeks. The McCarthy Tennis Group (MTG) is displaying exceptional skill in the World Series Sunshine Tennis Tour, with impressive player performances in Pretoria and Mbombela. Notably, Alec Beckley has achieved a 15K title, reached finals, and will compete in semifinals today, showcasing a remarkable level of performance during the four-week event. These results are extremely rare for professional players and this bodes well for the future of South African Tennis. Sixteen-year-old Cooper McCarthy has also achieved some great milestones as he secured his first singles and doubles ATP points by reaching two quarterfinals and a round of 16 result. Thando Longwe-Smit continues his rise up the rankings as he looks to break into the world's top 1000 players in singles and doubles.
