The course I designed for TPL, New Giza in Cairo, has just been listed at no 11 in the Middle East and Africa. That's pretty good going considering the company it holds. Wow.

As cyclone Batsirai is about to hit us here in Mauritius and we hunker down for 12 hours, I am reflecting on how incredibly fortunate I am. Oh, and saw one of the biggest snails ever today on site.

Erik from Skratch showcasing the amazing golf course at New Giza in Cairo that I designed for TPL. Unbelievable site on an old limestone quarry with views of the Pyramids of Giza. It was quite a process convincing the Client to change the plans from what they had when I started to what is there today!

A golfer was caught playing during lockdown yesterday evening at Skukuza Golf Course. Security took a firm stance! Jokes aside.... can't wait for the beautiful courses of SA to open up again! Stay Safe!

Accolades for my 'baby'. Designed for TPL, New Giza is, as I always knew it would, be a show stopper!! If you are ever in Cairo with your sticks....go and have a swing! You won't regret it!
