Battle Arena SA is a sports club in Cape Town to promote the sport of HMB (Historical Medieval Battle) by means of youth exposure and integration to the sport from a young age. This exposure will be via HMB SOFT or sword fighting techniques with weapons consisting of foam and durable plastics.
