Ladies Youth Day Open Mat - Cape Town
Roll into Youth Day with us! We’re hosting a free open mat for women in Cape Town, and all women are welcome, whether you’re a seasoned competitor or still figuring out your first shrimp. This is a relaxed, welcoming session with no pressure and no ego, just good rolls, good people, and good vibes. Both Gi and No Gi welcome.
