We are very excited to be partnering with some of the South African coaching legends in this first of a series of coaching courses.

For the last fifteen years, we have been offering leadership, life skills, and wellness activities to the Stellenbosch University students and staff.

Over the last few days, we have been busy with the orientation week of students at various Stellenbosch residences.

We want to wish all the first year students all the best as they begin this new season 🏆

Sports are a great way to promote life skills, such as teamwork, respect and discipline, as well as soft skills, such as problem-solving, communication and leadership.
