In this Strike, we go behind the scenes with the Constantia Glen farm manager to explore the history of the estate, its vineyards and what makes this corner of Constantia so unique.

We talk Bordeaux varieties, terroir, regenerative farming and what it really takes to look after a vineyard year after year.

We also hear what goes on behind the scenes that visitors don’t always get to see.

The wine farms of Constantia are coming together as a collective to support the Cape Cobra journey - sharing their land, stories, people and passion for the place they call home.

Because a wine farm isn’t just about what’s in the bottle. It’s about the soil beneath your feet, the people who work the land and the community that grows around it.

They’ve been rocking our VIDA runs.
They’ve been rocking our recce runs.
And now they’re taking it to the trails.

We’re stoked to welcome School of Rock Claremont as a Cape Cobra race partner, bringing their incredible young artists back to the mountain for race day.

Expect riffs ripping through the ridgelines.
Vocals echoing off the mountain.
And guitars screaming as you push the climb.

Shred at the start. Rock the route.
Finish to the sound of an 11-piece live band:
