This workshop is for the absolute beginner as well as the more seasoned practitioner, who would like to refresh on the basics and dive deeper into refining the practice. We will focus on the use of breath in vinyasa, correct alignment in the most popular postures that is suited to your body needs and structures as well as smooth transitions between postures. This 2-hour workshop will be interactive, fun and full of crucial information that will help you step up your practice with confidence.

Opening up fully to let 2020 in. It will be a challenging one in many ways, but I believe there will be great rewards internally and externally if I stay focused, put in the work, and above all, be honest about where I am and what I need. I’m so so so excited for this year and the adventures I know are before me. Thank you to all those who have and continue to support me. Wishing you all a prosperous year ahead ♥️

Some days you just need a lift. Mine came yesterday when there was a knock on my door and a present from .media as thanks for a shoot I did with them a year ago.
