New students often mistakenly think that Led class is easier than Mysore class, since the teacher is guiding the group.
But actually, it is guided through in Sanskrit and there is very little instruction.
Each student only does the postures that they’ve learnt in detail within the Mysore classes.
So we see, that the Mysore classes are more accessible - the teacher guides each person individually, teaching the sequence to each one at their own level.
We come together for Led class to connect, and flow, and refine.

Inner Strength⚡️Reflected through Outer Strength
Appreciation to these ladies for their beautiful example of dedication and devotion to the practice each morning✨
✨Even though everyone moves independently in the Mysore room, guided by the rhythm of their own breath, at one point we all come together to chant the Opening Mantra - giving thanks to the lineage of teachers and students, and to Patanjali for outlining this eight-limbed path for us to follow.
Through Ashtanga Yoga... “I learnt to witness myself as I am, rather than who I imagine myself to be. In time, I have found the practice to shift something deeper. The question “Am I doing enough?” no longer dominates my internal dialogue. The sequence defines what is enough. My role is to meet it, fully or imperfectly, without avoidance. That simplicity feels profoundly liberating, as it allows me to walk out of practice feeling more aligned with my intentions for life beyond the Shala”
