Surfshack Cape Town is looking for passionate, reliable surf instructors to join our team. If you have a genuine love for the ocean and enjoy working with people, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

We’re seeking confident surfers with strong communication skills who feel comfortable teaching students of all levels. A solid understanding of ocean and sea safety is essential. Professionalism, positive energy, and the ability to work well in a team are highly valued.

• Strong communication skills
• Good knowledge of ocean safety
• Reliable and professional attitude
