Internal League kicks off Tuesday 12 September! Here are the teams and fixtures for Internal League 2023!!

Entries are open! Tournament shirts will be available for purchase at R300. 5 internal standard age groups (we use the age on last day of the tournament as reference). And the Monday after is a public holiday for travel!!

African Junior Squash Open 2023!! 22-24 September for top juniors in 4 age groups!! Hosted by the University of Cape Town. Signups can be done through SportyHQ. Please share the news and encourage top juniors from all over to join us for a great weekend!!

The African Junior Squash Open is making its return this September. There will be sections for u11, u15, u17 and u19. It will be hosted by and at the University of Cape Town in Septermber 2023! More details to follow soon💪
