Happy Festive Season to All in Cape Town. We are back and ready for 2023. Sending out love, joy and happiness. Only creches/schools/Parents who are serious about their children's holistic wellbeing through the introduction of the fine and gross motor skills stimulation, using imagination, storyline, music via age appropriate different forms of physical exercises. The body keeps the score. A child's first 7 years is most important for the Adult in the future. Fitness, yoga, ballet, hip hop, sports programmes.

International high performance fitness age appropriate programmes by Fitness Stars
Bring a Buddie and split the cost for Winter only pay R220 for 9 lessons per term at your venue hosted by Fitness Stars. Private group classes can also be arranged. Can you remember when you loved sports at school.
Annual registration of R100 optional per child once off includes tshirt. Payment upfront. All kids over 18 months - 10 year olds to sign up at their care centre with Fitness Stars. Limited openings. We can start from next week.

In our classes we don't only focus on teaching our Stars how to build strong bodies, we also develop their emotions and mental strength through creative thinking, building confidence and developing healthy attitudes.
