A very big well done to all our Level 4 and Level 5 girls who competed at the Western Cape Championships! 🤸‍♀️

We are so incredibly proud of each and every one of you. Seeing all your hard work, dedication and determination come together on the competition floor was so special.

Our Level 4 girls placed 2nd on Vault 🥈 and 3rd on Floor 🥉, while our Level 5 gymnast had an amazing competition, winning 3 Bronze medals and 1 Silver, and finishing 1st Overall! 🥇

And to everyone who qualified for Nationals, what an achievement! 🇿🇦 We are so excited to see what you can do next.

A special congratulations to our Level 5 gymnast for placing 1st on Bars, 2nd on Vault, and 2nd Overall. We would also like to congratulate our two Level 4 gymnasts who tied for 2nd place on Vault—an outstanding achievement!

Well done to everyone. Keep working hard, believing in yourselves, and enjoying the journey. We can't wait to see you represent Southern Gymnastics Club and the Western Cape with pride.

We are so proud of every one of our gymnasts who represented Southern Gymnastics Club with determination, confidence, and outstanding sportsmanship. Months of hard work and dedication truly paid off!

Our team brought home an amazing medal haul:
🥇 5 Gold
🥈 7 Silver
🥉 2 Bronze

While we're thrilled with these fantastic results, we're even prouder of the courage, perseverance, and team spirit our gymnasts showed throughout the competition. Every athlete gave their very best, and that's something worth celebrating.
