Lower body kettlebell complex 🔥
Perfect as a leg day finisher. This combo builds strength, stability, and conditioning in one go.

Here’s how it works:
* Squat clean + 2second pause x5
* KB/ racked squat x5
* KB back lunge/ reverse lunge x5

👉 5 rounds, no rest between moves. Rest 90–120 sec between rounds.

- Builds strength and endurance
- Improves core stability & balance
- Keeps your heart rate up for conditioning
- Time-efficient & high impact
