Today, we rise in honour of the women and girls whose lives have been taken, whose voices were silenced, and for those who can no longer stand for themselves.

We will rise for those who can’t.
We will speak for those who were silenced.
We will stand together against gender-based violence.

At Bear Fitness, we believe in strength — not only in our bodies, but in standing together, supporting one another, and saying ENOUGH.
