🥋 IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT TO ALL OUR BRAZILIAN JIU-JITSU MEMBERS
Dear Members,
We would like to inform you of an important change regarding our Jiu-Jitsu academy.
After careful consideration, we have decided to end our affiliation with Gracie University. This has been a difficult decision, and we are extremely grateful for the years we have spent as part of the Gracie University family and for everything we have learned and experienced along the way.
However, I am very pleased to announce that our academy will be continuing its journey under the Pedro Sauer Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Association (PSBJJA).
This is an exciting new chapter for our academy, and most importantly, your Jiu-Jitsu journey continues.
🥋 What does this mean for our members?
Our training will continue with a comprehensive and structured Jiu-Jitsu curriculum, with a strong emphasis on technical excellence, leverage, fundamentals and practical self-defence.
Through the Pedro Sauer Association, students have access to a structured curriculum progressing from White Belt through Black Belt, including:
• Complete belt-to-belt curriculum
• Extensive technique and instructional video library
• Dedicated self-defence curriculum
• Structured lesson plans and progression
• Conference and seminar recordings
• New instructional content being added regularly
• International association and academy network
• Officially recognised Pedro Sauer Association lineage and belt verification
The PSBJJA currently has 150+ academies across six continents, providing our students with the opportunity to be part of an international Jiu-Jitsu community.
One of the things I am particularly excited about is the online curriculum and video library, which gives students the ability to review techniques outside of class and continue studying the system at home. The curriculum follows a structured progression rather than simply being a collection of random techniques.
🌎 A New Chapter — Same Commitment
Although our affiliation is changing, our commitment to our students, our academy and the art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu remains exactly the same.
We will continue to focus on developing technically proficient, confident and capable Jiu-Jitsu practitioners while maintaining the family atmosphere and personal attention that our academy has always been known for.
I believe this new affiliation provides us with an exciting opportunity to continue growing and developing together.

Thank you to every student and family who has supported our academy and trusted us with your Jiu-Jitsu journey.
This is not the end of our journey — it is the beginning of a new chapter.
We look forward to continuing to train, learn and grow together.
OSS! 🥋
