Full body Hiit🏋️‍♂️
Complete each exercise for 45 seconds with a 15 second rest in between. Complete all exercises for 4 cycles. Rest 1 minute between cycles.

1. Squat jumps/ Skipping
2. 10 Squat & press, 10 leg raises
3. Squat jumps/ Skipping
4. 5 mountain climbers, 5 burpees
5. Squat jumps/ Skipping
6. 5 Plate swings, 5 mountain climbers, 5 burpees

🏋️‍♀️ Hiit workout 🏋️‍♂️
Complete each exercise for 45 seconds with a 15 second rest in between. Complete all exercises for 4 cycles. Rest 30 seconds between cycles.

1. Skipping/ Jumping jacks/ Staircase runs.
2. 5 Skip squats,, 5 squat pulses, 5 BOSU ball burpees, 5 jumping jacks.
3. Skipping/ Jumping jacks/ Staircase runs.
4. 6 Russian twists, 6 toe touches, 6 side crunches, 6 sit ups..
5. Skipping/ Jumping jacks/ Staircase runs.
6. 5 Plate swings, 5 mountain climbers, 5 squat jumps.

Zoe has the energy of 10 normal trainers, so with her 'never tired' attitude she will have you reaching your goals in a record time. ❗️WARNING❗️ This one is a little ball crazy🏀, she'll have you working extra hard in any workout that requires a ball (smaller weight's aren't safe either💪😂)

Trainer 3:
🐱Winston the white tiger🐱
This is a cheeky one ladies😏. Winston is a little nosy (but aren't we all🤪) so he'll have you flying through those never ending last reps . But, don't be fooled, he has a jam packed schedule due to his ability to nap anywhere at any given time, so book FAR in advance to secure your spot with little meow.😴

Try this amazing vegan snickers smoothie😍

All the sweetness, zero guilt!😱

Blend and enjoy🥛:

- 2 Frozen bananas
- 2 cups almond milk (or any other milk if you are non vegan)
- 2 dates
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp peanut butter

Sprinkle a pinch of cocoa powder on top for dramatic effect😏
