Kieran Grant has been chosen to represent Swimming South Africa in Tunisia, from the 11th to 14th of September 2019. This is a huge achievement for him, and is the outcome of many hours of practice in the pool daily. Well done Kieran!

Kieran Grant Beverley Grant- silver medal at SA Junior Age group Nationals in Durban (March 2019) and multiple top 5 positions; with this achievemt he was selected for the SA National team to represent South Africa at the Junior African Championships in Tunisia (September 2019); We wish you good luck!!!
Coach Michelle - silver medal in the women open category - Nandos 3,8km open water swim in Mauritius (May 2019);

We would like to share our outstanding result from the past week......
Our tiathlete Matthew Greer finished second in the lake Kivu African cup sprint triathlon in Rwanda. Representing South Africa, first South African finishing the race. Congrats Matthew!!!
Furthermore we had an awesome weekend at the Gauteng Champs in Boksburg with three of our swimmers becoming multiple Gauteng champions.
Congrats to our champions Kieran Grant, Jacques Malan and Xandri Fourie!!!

Before the new season gets into a full start I would like to recap last season's results. Here are some highlights of the most outstanding results from South African Championships 2018:
Ethan Spieker: 6 gold, 1 bronze, 1 silver (NTS record) at SA Youth Championships March 2018, Durban
Kieran Grant - Silver medal at SA Youth Championships March 2018, Durban
Dustin Hale - Silver medal at the SA Open water Championships in Jeffreys Bay, March 2018
We had multiple medalists at SA level championships, well done to all!!!
