Jaun Hugo and Rohan du Plessis began their wrestling journey with Coach Shane Goosen more than 10 years ago. Today, they proudly wear their Protea colors as they head to the Africa Championships in Morocco.

We couldn’t be prouder of the grit, discipline, and relentless dedication these two have shown.

Tallinn Open 2025

The Tallinn Open is the largest wrestling tournament in Europe, featuring over 2,700 wrestlers in Greco-Roman (GR), Freestyle (FS), and Women's Wrestling (WW) from 40 countries and 370+ teams. The international training camp also saw 700+ wrestlers from 30 countries sharpening their skills.

Representing Centurion Wrestling, Stefan Gouws battled through tough competition to secure silver in the 65kg U20 division! Gouws showed incredible grit and determination, proving he belongs among the best.

We are beyond proud of your achievement, Stefan! Keep grinding, keep pushing—next year, that gold is yours! 🔥🏆
