Pauses help your students sense, integrate, and understand what is happening in their bodies. They turn movement into learning and effort into awareness.
When you teach, invite spaciousness. A breath. A moment. A chance for your students to notice. That is often where the real change happens.

Your body is a sacred space. It’s the space in which your soul is residing so that you can have the experience of being human. It’s an amazing device that allows you to navigate this physical dimension and express who you are.
There will, of course, have been times when your body has felt like an enemy and even overwhelmed you. There will have been times when you have not loved what you have seen or you have felt restricted because of your body’s constraints, but there is no denying that this physical shell is a miracle.
Raising your vibration isn’t about going beyond your body, but arriving more fully in it. It’s about reclaiming the space where your soul resides as a sacred space.
The Universe is inviting you to be open to the possibility of loving this physical shell. If that feels difficult, begin with respecting it. Take steps and make choices that support and respect it, for when you begin to do so, you open up to the supportive flow of life itself.
Vibe of the Day: “I reclaim my body as a sacred space.”

Humming is a simple practice that offers several significant health benefits. By stimulating the vagus nerve, it activates the body's parasympathetic nervous system, which is responsible for the "rest and digest" response. This helps to reduce stress, lower cortisol levels, and promote a sense of calm.
In addition to its calming effects, humming can also lead to:
• Improved heart health: Humming increases nitric oxide production, which helps to widen blood vessels, improve circulation, and lower blood pressure. It also improves heart rate variability, indicating a healthier cardiovascular system.
• Enhanced mental clarity: The rhythmic nature of humming can quiet the mind, helping to reduce distracting thoughts and improve focus, making it a form of meditation.
• Other benefits: Humming may also aid in pain relief, improve sleep quality, and promote better nasal and respiratory health by increasing nitric oxide and helping with mucus drainage.
• On a metaphysical level humming also opens up and balances the fifth chakra of the body, which is the Vishuddha or throat chakra. This encourages you to speak your truth and communicate more authentically.

I built a thriving yoga studio in Centurion with this website domain. No extra advertising was necessary with this name. I have moved to the WC, so sadly its of no use to me anymore.
