Always warm up your glutes with resistance bands before you start your leg workout. Your glutes carry your legs when doing squats, lunges etc.

Leg day is the best day. Gradually increase the weight to get stronger. This 40kg's showed me flames but sofela khona. πŸ¦΅πŸ½πŸ‹πŸΎπŸ”₯

Here's a cardio and abs workout that you can do at home. You do not have to do abs on the floor all the time, switch things up and do them while upright. You also don't have to just focus on them alone, abs are worked out throughout the workout by just tighten them. Well done G your progress is amazing.
