Always a killer, the fitter you get, the harder you hit, with more intensity, and you are working at the pad holders pace.
You can't "pace yourself" like with bagwork.
So you always die on the pads. 😂

Here are some quick workout ideas you can do anywhere you don't need a gym:
🏃♂️ 10-Minute Warmup: Jog on the spot, skip, go for a run or shadowbox.
🔥 Bodyweight Circuit:
Push-ups x 10
Air Squats x 15
Burpees x 10
Plank Hold x 30 secs
(Repeat 3-5 rounds!)
🥊 If you’ve got space, throw in some shadowboxing or work your Muay Thai combos!
