WorkoutZone is a private gym/ studio where our focus is our clients! Fitness, toning, weight-loss...
WorkoutZone focuses on small group training (5 people maximum per session), in the form of functional training which includes plyometric (explosive) exercises, strength training and conditioning. The studio also presents Pilates classes, Spinning Classes, private karate coaching, karate fitness and sports specific scientific testing.
There’s never a RIGHT time…. Just START!!!
The journey is the point!
Not every workout will feel great. Not every session will be personal bests and motivation.
