Fast Bowling Secret ⬇️⬇️

The Wrong Way ❌

• Dropping or bending the front arm too early during gather

• Losing momentum, vertical leverage, and bowl speed

• Opening up the body too quickly, leading to inaccurate lines and reduced power

The Right Way ✅

• Reaching high with the front arm toward the target

• Pulling down hard into the hip to create rapid rotational energy

• Maintaining strong leverage for maximum pace and consistency

Save this reel and fix your front arm mechanics before your next session! 🏏⚡️

SPIN BOWLING SECRET 👇👇

❌ The Wrong Way:

• Opening up the front side too early: Chest turns towards the batter before release, causing you to lose alignment, leverage, and momentum.

• Over-rotating on delivery: Falling off to the side instead of finishing through the target, which bleeds revs and consistency.

✅ The Right Way:

• Staying side-on through gather: Keep your front shoulder locked toward the batter as long as possible to build maximum elastic stretch.

• Driving linearly toward the target: Force your body weight directly down the pitch, allowing full power transfer into the ball.

Save this reel to test in your next session, and drop a 🏏 in the comments if this helped!
