Please stop prioritising winning over development of your players. Your main job is to provide a fun and safe environment for your players to learn football. The very first lesson you can teach young players is that football is played to have fun. They must be happy and feel safe around you.

Tournaments are organized for players to learn the competitive aspects of the game. Age cheating is killing the future of our country's football. Stop conducting age cheating just to feed your egos as coaches while you're killing the future of our young stars.

Being the best development coach is not measured about how many trophies you've won but it is judged by how many lives you've influenced to be better.
