Oh what a powerful tool rest is when it comes to self care! We know that not everyone is afforded the amount of rest actually needed for their individual self care, so if you do have this privilege we suggest you pay it some

Here are some important reasons to rest:

Decrease stress

Replenish energy

Repair muscles

Boost creativity

Improve health

Restore bodily functions

Incredible things happen just outside of your comfort zone. The problem with this is that in order to get there you have to fight the little voice in your head telling you to give up 🚫

Our minds are exceptionally powerful and this can be a good thing, until it comes to reaching for your goals. 🤨

The things we want the most in life are likely to be the hardest to obtain. Just when things reach the peak of toughness, that’s when the voice becomes the loudest.

PUSH PAST IT 💥

On the other side of that challenge is where you’ll meet another version of yourself. This is where you reach new levels in your physical, mental and emotional strength. 💪

So say goodbye to that comfort zone because nothing ever grows there.

At the core of it all, it does not matter what you are or what you identify as. What matters is that space is honoured for EVERYONE. We know that females everywhere are not always welcomed into certain spaces JUST for being a female and so we are here to break those barriers and make that space!

Did you know that 1 in 4 children are NOT getting enough sleep 😴? This leass to negative effects on their feelings, behaviours and interactions.

Children have the following sleep requirements:
💗Age 5 to 13: 9-11 hours
💗Age 14 to 17: 8-10 hours

Did you know that?
💌1 in 3 children have trouble going to sleep of staying asleep
💌1 in 5 children have difficulty staying awake during waking hours
💌1 in 10 children do not find their sleep refreshing

Getting a better night sleep can help with your child’s physical health, emotional well being and quality of life.
