Good Evening Avalon Fam..

In Preparations for the next coming weekend when we will be Hosting Two Legends Teams from the Free State Province we Played our First Game against Young Celtics FC. The Club Had Young Boys filled with Energy but with Experience we managed to beat them 5-1.

We as the Avalon Legends FC really appreciate the Game time we got from these Young Players and we are Hoping with time they will become better and even Stronger Players..

Come Weekend....

Avalon Legends FC will be Facing three Local Teams in Friendly games, those games are played as Preparations for the Weekend of the 29th of July where Avalon Legends will be hosting Two Legends Teams from the Free State. Dog Pound Legends FC from Bloemfontwib and Springfontein Legends FC.

The Affiliation for those games will be R1000 and winner takes all, if we can remember Avalon Legends FC took R4000 from these Games when they were played at Burgersdorp and they lost in the Finals when the very same games where played in Bloenmfontein.

This weekend games are as follows:
Saturday
Avalon Legends FC VS Young Celtics FC

Sunday
Avalon Legends FC VS Young Citizen FC
Avalon Legends FC VS Young Blues FC

For Legends Sport and entertainment please be part of this experience by attending the games that will be played here at Cradock on the 29th of July. Showing support to Our Legends will surely give them Power to Win the Stakes.

Avalon Legends FC Soup Kitchen Goes To The People... ☺☺

After few weeks of Operating at the Stadium with the Soup Kitchen, Avalon Legends FC took a step further and went to the Community of Ward 3 to continue their Good Work. Everyone in the Ward was Invited as such even old people coming from the Disadvantaged homes benefited from this.

This here shows just how far people can go to make sure they help the Community whenever and however they Can. People.of Ward 3 were very excited for benefiting from this Initiative as such I could hear people from the streets calling others into going to get some for themselves.

With the support we are getting from the Community this initiative will only grow stronger, I say this because we have been getting some Donors to help us continue doing the work we do and as such we THANK YOU ALL for your contributions.

Without you this wouldn't be as far as it is today, May your Giving hand be More Blessed.

Good Evening Avalon Family.

Avalon Legends FC will be Hosting Ratanang Legends FC all the way from George in the Western Cape.

Two Friendly games will be played between the two teams.

First Game: Saturday the 29th October in the afternoon.

Second Game: Sunday morning before they head back home.

We would very much appreciate it if you can join us and show the People of George Love and Support as they are coming to our Town to Build Friendship.

The Venue for the Games will be Communicated as the time progresses to the games.

Good Day Avalon Family.

First we would like to apologize for being scarce on this Our Page, the Club hasn't been playing much coz locally there are no Legend Teams so we depend on Outside Teams to play..

However, the Past weekend we played in a Knockout Tournament that was held at Hofmeyr by their Local Teams [Not Veterans/Legends Clubs] and we played up the the Final only to Lose the Game..

Our Games were as Follows:

Quarter Final
Saturday 2022/09/24
Avalon Legends FC VS Amazulu FC
Score : 2 - 1

Semi Final
Sunday 2022/09/25
Avalon Legends FC VS Sundowns FC
Score: 4 - 2

Final
Avalon Legends VS Pirates FC
Score: 0 - 1

Our Legends lost the Final Match and went away with the 2nd Prize for the Tournament.

If this is not Great Sportsmanship shown by our Grootmans I do not know what it is, they went there and represented Cradock to this Tournament knowing exactly that they are old but they fought till the last game of the Tournament.

Thank You Grootmans for your Undying Love and the Fighting Spirit you Possess in order to show the People out there that anything is possible if you put your mind to it..
