KARATE - The good and the Bad

Some will smile at you but speak against you behind closed doors. Some will pretend to care while planting doubts about you. Trying to sink you at every corner.

Guard your peace and trust your path. God makes a way where there is none for those that walk a good road.
The opinions of those who fear your independence should not distract you. Each to Focus on your own journey, your own victories, and your own progress each day and others should be cheering you on.

You can’t stop everyone from talking, but you can choose how it affects you. Silence often speaks louder than arguments, and self-respect outshines gossip.

Keep showing up, keep doing your best, and let actions tell your story. The truth of who you are is stronger than any false image someone else tries to create.

Many follow others on FB - secretly wishing them ill and when they flourish instead of dying they get even angrier. WHY?

Why do so many not enjoy seeing OTHERS prosper, especially when those that prosper have NO ill feelings to anyone.
