At some point, I forgot why I started.
Fitness was supposed to keep me healthy, not push me into extremes I didnβt need.
I wasnβt chasing a professional stage, yet I began chasing something that wasnβt meant for me.
Take this as a reminder β train hard, stay passionate, but never sacrifice your health for validation.

As we step in to week 3 of the year , this is where the excitement starts to fade and reality kicks in.
The alarm feels heavier. The motivation isnβt as loud. Life gets busy again.
But this is also where real change is made.
When the noise, the discomfort, and the doubts creep in, pause and remember your goal.
Remember why you started.
Not for January. Not for a post. Not for anyone else.
But for the version of you that decided they wanted more.
Progress isnβt built in perfect weeks - itβs built in the ones where you show up anyway.

Our 9 Weeks of Better journey kicked off on Monday, and today we had our first Saturday session to keep the momentum going.
