Poor showing form the team, some of the ratings are flattering could have been worse, but I gave the guys a break as it is only the second games, next week I will be ruthless. Players looked tired and no consistency in play, mid field was woeful yet again. Need to get that old time swagger back in the team, they look dejected and lacklustre.

Andre Onana – 7/10
Despite the 2 goals looks a good keeper with some telling saves, some nervey moment with one of the back passes, reminiscent of DDG. His ball distribution skills is impressive.

Aaron Wan-Bissaka -7 /10
Improved from the last game, for me was the player of the day, made some good runs and tackles were on point.
Raphael Varane – 6/10
Tale of two halves for him, played well in the first half and troubled in the second, some good headers in the opposition box. At one stage we had more defenders and midfielders attacking the ball in the box than our strickers
Lisandro Martinez – 4/10
Well was troubled on the day, rather unfortunate to score the own goal, however partly the felt that he was all over the place and too many transitions between right and left which ultimately caused chaos defensively
Luke Shaw – 5/10
Slow and exposed on the left and side, made a superb pass that should have been converted by Bruno in the first half, outside of that had a poor game as he left acres of space for the opposing team
Casemiro – 5/10
Consecutive disappointing week, slow and sluggish, made a few headers in the box, but very concerning in his link up play. With Bruno having a shocking day Casemiro was exposed in the mid field.
Mason Mount – 4/10
Started the game much better that last week and showed some promise, however all of that faded as the game progressed. Putting a lot of pressure on the rest of the midfield and defense
Bruno Fernandes – 5/10
Missed a sitter that could have changed the game, lost a lot of procession during crucial periods in the game, looked off the pace in the second half much like the rest of the team. Some good passes but nothing to shout about
Antony – 4/10
Poor showing from him, unfortunate in that he could have equalized, however much like Bruno, losses too much of the ball especially in attacking positions.
Marcus Rashford – 3/10
Simply not good enough on the day, sparks of quality however nothing ignited to brilliance. Practically not involved in the game, however in saying that had very limited supply of the ball in promising positions.
Alejandro Garnacho – 5/10
I was tough on this littie last week, this week he started way better but then went back into his ways of last week. He should have won that penalty however the VAR had other ideas. Still see him as an impact sub, could see him start on the bench next week

Jadon Sancho – 7/10
He looked good with lots of pace, Sancho starts well and fades, Garnacho also does the same, therefore to get the best out the both of them, let Sancho Start and then Sub him for the littie later on.
Diogo Dalot – 5/10
Well showed some promise, in a day where the players looked tired, he showed some surprising pace which he could not convert to better attacking passes
Christian Eriksen – 5/10
Almost gave away a goal, slow and even when he came one was not of much impact as the mid field was in shamble
Facundo Pellistri – 7/10
This littie is a going places, personally I felt he was fouled in the later stages in the box and could have had a penalty. Looked very good would like to see him start or have a much longer stint in the game, unfortunately could not do much as we had out backs against the wall.
Anthony Martial – 5/10
Nice to see him on the pitch…. Nothing else could be said as not enough time to give a review
