The Ocala Outlaws Wrestling Club begins practice next week......

We will be starting our new wrestling season soon, and look forward to seeing all the familiar faces on the mat. We are excited to announce Trinity Catholic High School as our new (PERMANENT!) practice location. Our practice schedule for this season is as follows:

Tuesdays And Thursdays: Freestyle/Folkstyle practices
Grades K-8th: 5:30pm-7pm
Advanced Middle School and High School: 6pm-8pm
All Practices in the TCHS gym or cafeteria

Mondays: Greco Practice for Advanced Middle School and High School Wrestlers
6-8pm in the TC Wrestling Room

Our first practice will begin on Tuesday, March 5th at 5:30pm. In order to make sure practice starts on time, club registration will begin at 5pm in the TCHS gym. The total cost for registering this year will be $50 ($35 for a USA card/$15 for club fees to cover operating costs) This year, we will have several computer stations set up so that registration for USA cards will go much quicker than during our pencil-and-paper years. However, even with computer registration at our disposal, I still expect a hefty line (we expect to have over 100 registrations this season!). Avoid the line by registering your child for a USA wrestling card now by following this link:

If you choose to preregister for our club, please remember to select "Ocala Outlaws Wrestling" under club. When finished, please print a copy of the USA card to show us for our records. Finally, if you do choose to preregister, please remember to bring $15 for the remaining club fee (cash or check is fine!)

If you are new to our club, your child will need to wear a t-shirt and gym shorts for practice. Please don't have them wear anything with buttons or zippers. Sneakers are fine for the first couple weeks if your child does not yet have wrestling shoes.
