Hormonal Healing is often forgotten about in our busy day to day, but here are a few reminders of things we forget or don’t even consider when we think about health or exercise 🌸 Let’s gooooo
The big DON’Ts 🚫🚫🚫
• Make sure you are taking the correct supplements for you!! Most of our supplements now days are chemically produced 💊(which means there is no DNA 🧬for the body to recognise, so the body does not digest and use the supplement efficiently!!) Research what you put into your body!!🩹
• Strict diets and detoxes, for anyone who has ever tried these types of diets can tell you A) they are not sustainable over a long period of time B) after the diet or detox is finished we often lose the “progress” C) these tasks often cause unneeded stress to adhere to the strict rules (and hun you don’t need that..)☝🏼
• Restricting food groups because you think they are bad for you.. 😐This is a common misconception when chatting about food and health but here we go. If you are eating food that is unprocessed or as little processed as possible, if you are eating with intention, if you are eating in moderation then you are able to fuel your body with all that it needs to thrive in daily functions🥦
• when you create strict life, eating and work schedules that are impossible to stick, it creates lots of unnecessary stress inside your body. Be realistic and kind with your time

• Do not starve yourself!! 🙅🏻♀️Unless a medical professional has advised it. Starving yourself can A) be not eating at all B) not eating enough calories per day to manage daily functions C) restricting nutrients and only eating low calorie, often very processed food. Our minds, bodies and souls need to be nourished. You will be able to instantly feel better when you fuel your body correctly 🌸
• Coffee is a personal favourite of mine ☕️and it is a tasty treat to start off the day!! But be sure not to have it on an empty tummy, it will increase stress in the body that may have side effects of shacking, increased heart rate etc.. I’m sure everyone has experience it, however it can be detrimental to healing your body
