A little moment to slow down… together. 🐻✨
In our Mama Bear (Mommy) & Me class, you and your little one are invited into a gentle forest adventure — moving, breathing and simply being side by side.
Through playful yoga, partner poses and quiet moments of rest, this class creates space for connection, confidence and calm — for both of you.
A space to share smiles, to soften, and to remind your child (and yourself) that you are safe, supported and held.

A new month begins, and with it a subtle shift in the air.
Autumn arrives — softer light, slower mornings, an invitation to turn inward.
This week we move with that change.
A little less rush, a little more awareness.
We also say goodbye (for now) to Keri’s classes — thank you for the energy, care, and presence you’ve shared in the space 🤍
