One of the benefits of strong, balanced muscles is that they provide support and stability to our joints.
Moving our joints helps keep them lubricated and flexible.
Pilates is an effective way to mobilise our joints.

Both the pilates ‘Cat Stretch’ and the yoga ‘Cat Cow’ are great movements for increased flexibility in the neck, shoulders, and spine.
The movement also stretches the muscles of the hips, back, abdomen, chest, and lungs, leaving your body feeling all kinds of good.
Challenge yourself to a couple of reps daily and enjoy the benefits of improved mobility.
Our weekly classes accommodate beginners and intermediates alike.

Pilates really is a game changer if you make it part of your weekly routine. You feel stronger and more energised after every class.

My general answer would be: we offer yoga classes that focus on helping clients develop self awareness through Asana (poses), Breath-work (mind/body connection) , and relaxation at the end.
All our classes are beginner friendly, with modifications that fit your strength ability.
