Boxing provides the brain with valuable lessons that therapy often attempts to convey through verbal explanations.
You cannot direct your stress towards others, but you can channel it towards a punching bag. Engaging in three rounds of punching provides your nervous system with a constructive outlet.
You enter the session feeling tense, and you exit with a clear mind. This experience is comparable to meditation, albeit with a louder and more intense approach.
Mental health often declines when individuals feel powerless. Boxing empowers you physically, demonstrating your ability to cope with discomfort.
Completing each round fosters genuine confidence, distinct from superficial affirmations.

The goal is not to engage in a brief, intense workout. Rather, it is to maintain a smooth, relaxed rhythm for 1-2 minutes without interruption.
A common mistake is jumping excessively high and relying on the shoulders. Instead, focus on small, controlled movements and remain relaxed, breathing through the nose if possible.

Don’t stop” doesn’t mean go 100% forever. It means don’t quit the process. If you can’t do 20 pushups, do 5 clean ones. If you can’t run a mile, walk for 2 minutes. If you mess up your diet today, don’t throw away the week. Keep going. Adjust the pace, but don’t step off the path
