Well done to my client for the hard 6 months she has been putting in following a constructive plan mainly being her back alignment helping for improved posture & fat loss of the back . You do not need to follow a strict eating plan for rapid weight loss etc . If you understand how to apply the correct movement for your body type activating the main motor power movements to kick start your metabolism combined with the right big muscle groups to burn fat through the day you will increase body fat loss , inches , fitness endurance, strength endurance with over all improved body structure π
The key is to know how to combine a kinetic chain movement combined with a big muscle group with the Karvonen formula being 65 to 75 % β
