From May onwards, I’ll be offering a limited number of afternoon sessions Monday to Thursday between 15:00–18:00. These spots are ideal if mornings don’t work for you, or if you’re looking to train after work, school drop-offs, or daily commitments.

This is not just a workout — it’s structured, progressive training designed to help you get stronger, move better, and feel more confident in your body.

Each session includes a combination of:
• Strength/weight training to build and tone muscle
• Mobility work to improve movement and reduce stiffness
• Balance training to support stability and control
• Resistance-based exercises tailored to your level

As you get stronger and more confident, your exercises will progress with you — no staying stuck, no guesswork, just consistent improvement at a pace that suits your body.
Whether your goal is to get fitter, feel stronger, improve your overall movement, or simply stay consistent, these sessions are designed to support you every step of the way.

Afternoon availability is LIMITED and starts strictly from MAY, so if you’ve been waiting for a time that fits your schedule better — this is your opportunity.
