What an incredible day at the KZNRA Indoor Regatta for our athletes! 🌟
Five of our rowers took to the erg today and every single one of them delivered outstanding performances!

🥇 Jade – Gold medal
🥈 Rachel – Silver medal
U15 Men
🥇 Joshua – Gold medal
Open Men
💪🏽 Lwandile – No medal, but smashed a new 2km PB
💪🏽 Christian – No medal, but also achieved a new 2km PB
Both open men raced in an extremely tough age category and fought through challenging heats — and still came home with personal bests!
