Adult karatekas enjoy the benefits of karate | Phoenix Sun When asked about the benefits of karate for adults, they all echoed that karate brings forth better concentration, improved emotional health, improved cardio vascular health, improved self-image, stronger immune system, greater strength and flexibility and healthier weight maintenance.

Greenbury Karate Club hosts resoundingly successful grading | Phoenix Sun A total of 24 dedicated karatekas graduated to the next level in their karate syllabus, much to their excitement. GKC is also proud to announce that five of its seniors (adults over the age of 35) also graded.
