We are certified online Kettlebell Coaches. We offer one-on-one training and small Zoom classes. The Kettlebell is a cast-iron ball with a handle used to perform high intensity movements that test multiple muscle groups simultaneously. Rudi has officially been diagnosed with MMN (Multifocal Motor Neuropathy), a rare autoimmune condition affecting the nerves and muscles. The road ahead includes urgent IVIG treatment — treatment that offers real hope, but comes at an overwhelming cost.
