Tips on loosing weight.
1. Eat clean, have a regular routine of eating habits with healthy foods.
2. Train. Get into a training program for at least 4 weeks to help you burn more carbs than you take in.
3. Discipline. Be disciplined enough to stick to your training program as well as your eating habits.
4. Cheat. Have at least one day in a week when you can indulge in your favourite meals in that day. Do not over eat.
5. Consistency. Do not change your routine as it will compromise your results.
Stay Healthy, Drive Safe and Eat Clean.
They say summer bodies are made in winter... I say it's all upto you, consistency, dedication and the will to keep push when you feel like giving up.

5 Super Abs Exercises.........
Do these exercises for 45 seconds and rest for 15 seconds, do 3 to 5 sets every morning.
Crunches for 45 seconds......
Leg raises for 45 seconds.....
Plank for 1 minute......
sit ups for 45 seconds.....
Reverse crunches 45 seconds.....
Take it one day at a time and rest days are on Sundays only.....
