Nintai Martial Arts is a club that teaches both Judo and Self-Defence classes. Judo lessons for adults take place friday evenings. Certificates are awarded.

Self-Defence classes are short courses that are arranged through the Senseis (Instructors). Judo:
Judo lessons for beginner and intermediate levels are held every friday evening, where new techniques and skills are learned and practiced. Advanced classes where fighting (Randori) and advanced technique are practiced will take place on another night during the week (Tuesday/Wednesday) TBA. The class

Judo South Africa is proud to host the Cadet and Junior Cup and Senior Open from 26–28 June 2026 in Johannesburg, South Africa. The event will bring together some of Africa’s top emerging and elite judoka for three days of high-level international competition, sportsmanship, and development on the tatami.
