My deepest apologies to my peeps for being absent for a while…Life gets complex sometimes even when we have a lot of the answers. That is why those of us who can need to help those who need it.

My message this week: stop trying to create this perfect life. Rather look at what you are doing right now. How are you living in this moment and on this day? This is what adds up into the life you want.

All of therapy is distilled down to the main question of, "Is this thing I am doing/thinking/being helping or harming me?"
