There will come a time in your life that you doubt yourself, a time where you will question everything about you . But I want to tell you that even in the midst of doubt and uncertainty YOU MY SISTER AND BROTHER YOU ARE ENOUGH AND YOU ARE NO MISTAKE.

It's ok to question things but it's not ok to dwell on them , it's ok to fail but it's not ok to tell yourself you are a failure, it's ok to be disappointed but it's not ok to punish yourself.

Take it easy on yourself for no one will , give yourself a huge hug and thank you for walking this journey till this far , for I know it wasn't easy amd it is not easy .

Remind yourself that it's ok to get tired and pause a little so you draw strength to walk again and that giving up is never an option , not all will love you , some will love you as long they still benefiting from you , others won't even mention your name as reference,

But I want you know and understand that you got this keep on doing what you are doing until you see results you want , don't mind too much what people will say for they have their demons to attend too and feed.

Live before dying , for some are dead corps walking amongst us.

Practice gratitude for every little encounter and improvement in your life.

3. Will never talk well of or recommend you under any circumstances, silence about you is even better for them…they love you being & remaining a secret
4. Will only see it fit to talk about you when you have fallen or made a mistake.

Sometimes people hate because they are seeing what they could have been through you , and if you focus on haters you will waste your precious time that you could have used on something productive

Don't allow people to project their insecurities on you , as long as you still want to do better wake up everyday and do it again, again , again until you see progress no matter how little it is.

And because we live amongst people who are so jealous learn to be silent about your dreams accomplish them silently amd believe me they will see ,

You can walk with the crowd but never forget your destination and never stop working towards knowing exactly what you want and how to get it so that you go after it.

Mental health is important safe guard your thoughts stop oversharing not everyone who laughs with you wants to see you succeed.

I never understood selfless love until I became a parent , I thought that it was just purr hate and resentment little did I know that never judge before you walk the same difference. All I wanted was love, assurance and support but what I got instead I was never ready for but unfortunate there was no time to prepare because the train was already in motion.

Khehlekazi that's what he called me because for some reason I was tasked with chores way above my age. Atleast he never forgot that I was still a child despite the chores , verbal abuse , emotional abuse and physical abuse.

It's tike again to wake up very early because I miss make sure breakfast and lunch is ready otherwise I will be late for school oooh damn I must first wake Nontyantyambo and get her ready other wise the madam will murder me if I don't.

Damn this child you would swear that she can't even feed herself and I I running late. Finally her transport is here so I can get ready . Who hates her own child like the madam does her .

Khehlekazi you will be late and there goes my thoughts interrupted again you would swear that he tracks my mind as he always interrupts my thoughts.

Ok almost done give me 10 more minutes,

I will walk you to school today as I don't like how these boys looks at you, I blush and think to myself if only he knew that I have no intrest on boys I would rather be treated like one instead and the same boys that he does not trust are the very ones that has my back.

shame he knows nothing of what I got through because of madam but what can he do , he is a stepfather and yet the best dad ever.

Almost there as he hand me my back pack and we say our good bye. I hope my day will be better today as school atleast here I get to be myself and enjoy being a child for a child, damn I respect domestic workers and the thought that I will be starting work at my age gives me anxiety but what can I say the madam wants me to contribute in her house . You would swear she was the evil aunt yet she is my biological mother which I have began to question.

Lost in my thoughts again ................

It is that time again, Provincial IPT, IncebaYodwa is well represented, good luck babies , have fun , play smart and shine.

There comes a time in your life where you just want peace and silence around you, in a world full of noise and pressure be mindful of your mind , for mental health is very important, depression kills ,

Take time for yourself, be selfish ,

Live a life full of joy for tomorrow is not guaranteed.

Do what makes you happy.

Let people say what they need to say just don't allow it to mess with your sanity.

Sometimes people walk away from you not because there is something wrong with you or them , but sometimes when people get what they were looking for or missing they must move so they open a space for others , and when you done giving what you were meant to give out you must take time to reflect and draw courage and strength for those who are still needing to come and withdraw from you.

It is very important to understand that not always things are about you sometimes you are just a steeping stone for someone whose journey is still continuing without you but they needed to pass by your way ,

don't take everything happening and said to you personally, take time instead to re focus , re group and find yourself. Within you there is so much that the world still need to experience take time to learn it and so you unleash it.

You find yourself lonely , betrayed and broken because you have high expectations from others .

Being happy and successful is soley dependent on you and only you.
