We’d like to take the opportunity to thank Zweli Mngomezulu and his team for having us in his event last Saturday. We also thank all aerobics participants who participated in our HISLIDA session. The objective was to accommodate as many as possible especially to those who have never experienced it.

Our next stop is PHF Avenue on October 31 KwaMashu Indoor Centre.

High quality training for HISLIDA instructors to be held in a Durban venue to shared with the participants only. Total cost for the course is R2 500,00 due on or before commencement.
