For the fitness fanatics pegboards are a simple yet dynamic addition to strength and upper body training. You can perform a wide range of movements on a pegboard and we implore you to try them all! For you climbers out there, it will assist you with activating and strengthening the precise muscle groups you utilise whilst you are out doing your thing, in turn creating that oh-so-important climbing endurance. Our Dogleg pegboard is made to fit above a doorway and is easy to install in the space that you prefer to hang out.
Material: Birch Ply
Specs: 790mm x 290mm x 45mm
2 x 35mm Ash wood pegs
Features: 4mm Stainless Steel loop at the bottom for a pulley to assist with gravity, or to attach a TRX system to, without having to drill extra holes (basically we’ve done all the work for you).
