MANIAC's roots are in South Africa and as a result our products have been tested in the harshest South African conditions. All the worries of life get left behind and the MANIAC within you gets unleashed and explodes! You are all of a sudden one of the MANIAC TEAM which in turn pushes your body and mind to pull off insane moves as well as pulling into the biggest and deepest intense barrels your body allows you to do....it's about pushing the limits and BECOMING A MANIAC in the water! We Said Goodbye to a very close friend, father,brother and all round legend to the sport of bodyboarding in South Africa.

I sit here writing a long letter to him, wishing I only spoke to him one last time.

We as a brand have had our ups and many many downs but yet we still carried on. It's sad that one must go through a tragic death to realize that life is so short and one neglects the good things and people around you.

Sean Albert Muller rest easy my brother!.

You going to be missed by so many that lived you dearly. You touched also many lives and a true stone roller, father figure and mentor in and out the water.

I sit here listening to this song and it reminds me dearly of you and my Dad.

Till we meet again.

Bring on the 2020 season .... time of slumber finally complete .

We have been doing alot of soul searching and have some fantastic collaboration between some hard core bodyboarders and our new revamped products .

Maniac was Dead for a while ... yes . We have arisen.
