Up next for our is a which usually comes right after your in a sequence. This pose can be a transition pose and can have multiple variations depending on your sequence and your body. This version is the more strength building version because my back knee is raised, a more gentle version would have the back knee dropped. A few points to note here, the placement of the front foot is right below the knee, sinking deeply into the front leg and hips to create a 90 degree angle with the front leg, and extending long through the back leg. Keep pressing the back of the back knee up towards the ceiling if its lifted. Press into the finger tips, draw the chest between the shoulders and arm, lengthen through the neck and spine. From here the arms can rise tall, you can be creative with the arms and let them flow through a few circles, or let them rest on the thigh gently. Follow on Instagram for more
